Linear Code Technologies ("we," "our," "us") builds websites, apps, and AI integrations for businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you get in touch with us — including through our Facebook and Instagram lead ads — how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers linearcode.in and any lead form, contact form, or campaign we run through Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta").

1. Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry through one of our lead ads on Facebook or Instagram, fill in a contact form on our site, or write to us directly, we may collect:

• Your name (fullName)
• Your email address (email)
• Your phone number (phone)
• Which ad, ad set, campaign, and form generated your enquiry (adId, adsetId, campaignId, formId) — so we know which of our ads you responded to and don't ask you to repeat yourself

We also automatically collect basic technical information when you visit linearcode.in — things like browser type, device, and approximate location — typically through standard web analytics.

2. How we use it

• Respond to your enquiry and discuss your project
• Prepare quotes and proposals for web, app, or AI integration work
• Keep an internal record of our conversation with you
• Understand which ads and campaigns are actually connecting people with us, so we spend our advertising budget sensibly

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

3. How we collect it

Most of what we hold about you comes directly from you — filling in a Meta lead form, a contact form on our site, or emailing us. When you submit a Meta lead ad form, Meta shares your responses with us through their Lead Ads platform; we don't receive anything beyond what you typed into that form.

4. Sharing your information

We don't sell your information. We share it only with:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. — who operate the lead ad forms and, where enabled, receive back a record that a conversion (like a qualified lead) occurred, so their systems can target similar ads more effectively. This never includes anything beyond confirming that an outcome happened.
• Infrastructure providers — who host our systems (for example, our database and application hosting), under agreements that limit them to providing that hosting.
• Authorities or advisers — only if required by law.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as we have an active or prospective business relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you get back in touch or we have a legal obligation to retain records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see "Your rights" below.

6. Your rights

If you're in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Wherever you're writing to us from, we'll honor reasonable requests to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you — email info@linearcode.in and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

7. Cookies

linearcode.in may use cookies or similar technology to understand how visitors use the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; turning them off shouldn't stop you from browsing our site, though some features may work less smoothly.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your data safe and limit who inside Linear Code Technologies can access it.

9. Children's privacy

Our services are directed at businesses, not children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or obligations change. If we make a material change, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use linearcode.in or submitting enquiries to us after a change means you accept the update.
